I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first because of reviews saying that they were not legit, had no customer service, never received their ESA letter, or that the ESA provided to them didnt work- All fears that almost made me pay more from another company and had me on edge as I was making my payment and waiting for my letter. I just want to give my honest experience. It took them a while due to me thinking they were a scam and cancelling the initial transaction but they did in fact have responsive (and pretty courteous) customer service, despite me freaking out. This company did in fact have a licensed, legit therapist call and and do a psychological evaluation. He and the company provided a legally enforceable ESA letter stating the exact legal acts that the letter, therapist and landlord were to adhere to by law as well as my rights as a tenant, and official certification numbers for the document itself as well as the therapist’s licensing and authority to provide it. My neighborhood did not say that this was not legit, just that they had the right not to accept anything that was not filled out on their own forms/format. I wrote customer service about this and they seemed ready to help. I will update this review with the result. But so far everything checks out, and it cost far less than other providers of the same service.

At 77 and 72, we are moving to an apartment in San Francisco to be closer to the grandkids. The Mini Goldendoodle Moxie has been with us since 2012. She has been functioning as an unofficial emotional support animal throughout those years. Now she is official! The detailed process was easy to complete and we gave akready filed our interim letter with our new property management. Our ESA provider has been helpful and efficient through the process. Although we won’t be moving until later in the fall, we are comforted by the knowledge that Moxie will be recognized as an official WSA! Thanks to all!
