At 77 and 72, we are moving to an apartment in San Francisco to be closer to the grandkids. The Mini Goldendoodle Moxie has been with us since 2012. She has been functioning as an unofficial emotional support animal throughout those years. Now she is official! The detailed process was easy to complete and we gave akready filed our interim letter with our new property management. Our ESA provider has been helpful and efficient through the process. I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first because of reviews saying that they were not legit, had no customer service, never received their ESA letter, or that the ESA provided to them didnt work- All fears that almost made me pay more from another company and had me on edge as I was making my payment and waiting for my letter. I just want to give my honest experience. It took them a while due to me thinking they were a scam and cancelling the initial transaction but they did in fact have responsive (and pretty courteous) customer service, despite me freaking out. This company did in fact have a licensed, legit therapist call and and do a psychological evaluation. He and the company provided a legally enforceable ESA letter stating the exact legal acts that the letter, therapist and landlord were to adhere to by law as well as my rights as a tenant, and official certification numbers for the document itself as well as the therapist’s licensing and authority to provide it. My neighborhood did not say that this was not legit, just that they had the right not to accept anything that was not filled out on their own forms/format. I wrote customer service about this and they seemed ready to help. I will update this review with the result. But so far everything checks out, and it cost far less than other providers of the same service.

Simple and convenient. The therapist was very professional and courteous. She explained the process to me in detail and explained to me that in California there is a 30 day waiting period. She did let me know that she would send me a temporary letter that should be accepted by the landlord.

I finally had the chance to get the cat of my dreams to help with my extreme anxiety and depression, but I only had 2 days to get her. This meant that I would have to pay a $400 fine for her, then another $200 deposit, and extra rent every month… instead, I turned to wellness wag where I was able to lay out the difference a cat makes in my life and why I need an ESA. It was a super easy process, and I received my letter in less than 24 hours. My apartment complex approved her and no more unnecessary payments for a cat that literally just lays next to me all of the time. First up, I’d want their website or initial contact to feel super clear, friendly, and not at all like those sketchy pop-up ads, you know? I’d like straightforward information about what an ESA is, what the letter does (especially for housing!), and what it doesn’t do (like, it’s not a free pass for Fluffy to join me at a fancy restaurant). Honesty and transparency? Big gold stars! ⭐⭐ A big green flag for me would be if they made it clear that a letter isn’t guaranteed. Because, ethically, it shouldn’t be! It depends on the professional’s assessment of my actual need. If it felt like they were selling letters, I’d run faster than Princess Coco chasing a laser pointer! So, a process that feels thorough and ethical? That’s the good stuff.

Wellness Wagwas a life saver for me & my 4 little fur baby Dogs! I was going to be evicted for having to many pets but I wasn’t about to get rid of two of my dogs. NO WAY !
